Home Remodeling Event Marketing Partnership – Like a Mini Home Show! by Barry Simon

20161014_164716Recently, Ryan Pereus, Principal at RPMC, Human-toHuman Lead Generation, worked out an agreement between 2 of our clients to partner events that would be mutually beneficial to both of them. The purpose would be to expand the visibility of each company by combining their strengths and unique selling propositions at targeted events—- while saving them on their expenses.

Pereus looked at events that would have plenty of people and traffic both out of doors and indoors that would bring people with the potential needs of home improvements. He then presented the ideas to his clients RetroFoam SEPA (South East Pennsylvania), based in Harleysville and PA Basements, based in Royersford.

The clients agreed that the synergy of these 2 companies and their products would work well together at various events. They could see that this could expand their awareness and reach to many more events than they could do with their separate manpower and event costs.

RetroFoam provides a new generation, environmentally safe and allergy free injection foam insulation for existing walls in homes—that doesn’t expand like spray foam or have dangerous gas. This decreases your utility bill from 30 – 50% — and decreases sound 75 to 80%. It also leaves your house much warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

PA Basements provides everything from digging a new basement or deepening your current one, to mold removal, moisture control, to egress windows and Bilco doors for your basement and many other services. PA Basements also has a very unique mold removal capability that is 99.9% effective and safe by using Dry Ice Blasting. This process takes 3 hours, compared to the standard chemical approach which takes 3 days.

Putting these 2 companies next to each other, or in close proximity, lends itself to home improvement people who may have a need for one or even both of these companies to solve a problem. We foresee adding other related companies to this mix, at the same events.

Recently, we had RetroFoamSEPA‘s and PA Basements tents next to each other at the Marple Township Community Day. We engaged lots of attendees and found many that had needs i20161014_164352n their homes who took our brochures to consider and/or discuss with other family members. We also had multiple leads for PA Basements and RetroFoamSEPA, and some people who even signed-up for estimates with both companies.
