RPMC Builds Event Marketing Department with Philadelphia Home Remodeling Company

Over the past few months, RPMC has been working with RetroFoam of SE PA (ROSEPA), a home remodeling company based out of Harleysville, PA. Retrofoam

Here is a synopsis of the last two months with ROSEPA:

Company Profile: RetroFoam of SE PA has an energy efficient, environmental friendly injection foam insulation for existing homes. The company uses in-house installers that deliver the final product for home owners. The average savings off homeowners’ utility bills range between 30-50% per month.

The dealer opened for business in late 2015 in the Philadelphia Region, covering 7 counties in the area.


Scope-of-Work: 
RPMC was originally brought in for a month to consult with upper management at RetroFoam of SE PA on bolstering their event marketing presence in their territory to generate leads for their sales department. RPMC would be responsible for connecting ROSEPA with strategies for entering the event marketing channel, custom script copywriting for salesmen and future event reps, tracking and performance system implementation, and regular meetings with management to collaborate on ways RPMC could launch their marketing efforts into an engine that consistently provides results.

Since then, ROSEPA and RPMC have agreed to work through the remainder of the year together to continue building momentum for their event marketing department.

Copy of 20160602_194538Results: RPMC has worked with ROSEPA for two months so far, providing the following results:

1.) Generated multiple leads and appointments by RPMC & ROSEPA staff via area flea markets, street fairs, car shows, and others not yet sought out and attended by RetroFoam.

2.) Created and implemented an intranet of event marketing management workbooks and documents including an event master schedule list, event performance dashboard, warm lead call tracking, event survey forms, and event questionnaires for current and future management use.

3.) Delivered custom script copy specific for those working events for ROSEPA. After RPMC was able to work several events, we were able to develop the most accurate lead generation script based on hundreds of dialogues with prospects.

4.) Researched, applied, and booked multiple events throughout the year.

Moving Forward: As the relationship between RPMC and ROSEPA continues to build, the next steps include the following:

  • Building an event marketing team
  • Training staff members on warm lead calls
  • Educating management on best practices and performance standards for event and cold call reps, and ultimately,
  • Finding an event manager to not only maintain all the moving parts necessary in managing a successful event marketing lead generation department, but also one that understands the importance of sharpening the saw on all fronts in aiming for continual growth.
